Located adjoining the Kavnai Village, and at the foot of iconic Kavnai Fort, our Villa has everything you would ask for to spend your holiday off the busy day to day life.
Built in the 17th century, Kavnai Fort is a hill fort which dates back to the Mughal dynasty.
From the viewpoint of the fort, you can see Harihar fort, Tringalwadi fort, Brahmagiri fort and Kalsubai mountain ranges.
Built out of stone and lying in ruins, this ancient beauty is currently under the care of the Indian government and has become a weekend destination for local tourists and trekkers. The fort is easily accessible as it is connected to the base by a flight of rock-cut stairs. It takes an approximate time of 1 h to reach the top of the fort.

The Villa is located 7 kms from Ghoti, 35 km from Nasik, 130 kms from Mumbai.
